This is the Serial Interface Module MCE2040 communication module. This serial interface module is capable of interfacing up to 8 digital non ATEX load cells using the RS232, RS485 or RS422. Special features are as follows, the unit is made in Denmark and provides serial communication for RS232/RS485/RS422 modules allowing interfacing of Eliersen digital load cells to PLCs and PCs, as well as other equipment. The module is used for up to 8 digital load cells and will transmit the status and weight for each individual load cell. The module also features a plug and play installation with the Elersen pre calibrated digital load cells. Application for software done upon request.
