CONTINUOUS POTATO HALVING MACHINE Peeled potatoes are transported vertically with a 4, 6 or 8-lane elevator conveyor. The potatoes are then placed on diabolo rollers. The rollers rotate and align each potato, after which they are pushed through a rotating circular knife blade. This results in perfectly sliced potato halves. DIFFERENT VERSIONS Designed to halve potatoes with a diameter of 40mm to 60mm. Also available with different diabolo rollers for processing smaller potatoes from 30mm and upward. • Efficient filling by a vertical elevator conveyor with special cups. • Automatic positioning and alignment of potatoes on diabolo rollers. • Feeding and slicing belt synchronised with variable speed using control panel. • Hygienic design for easy cleaning and low maintenance costs. • Customisable for optimal integration into a potato peeling line.
