With a speed of 4,200 rpm, the machine easily separates metals in various thicknesses. Thanks to the integrated softstart, the mechanism is protected against high torques. The cutting height can be precisely adjusted by means of a height stop and the saw blade fixation allows an easy and safe change of the saw blade. In the clamping device with quick-release fastener, the respective workpiece can also be securely fixed at the desired angle (0°–45°) for mitre cuts. Thanks to the horizontal handle, the metal cutter is also ideally suited for operation on a workbench. The working table of the saw is 44 cm long and 25 cm wide. The metal cutting saw is equipped with a cutting disc with a diameter of 355 mm and a bore of 25.4 mm. The spark deflector, which provides protection against glowing sparks, ensures safety during work. For safe transport, the metal mitre saw has an additional handle and a transport lock. The supplied hex key can be stored in the integrated tool holder.
