Overview
The EIZO PX3150 is a 30.5-inch DCI 4K (4096 × 2160) medical display engineered for digital pathology and whole slide image (WSI) review. It is factory-calibrated to sRGB and designed to provide consistent, repeatable color reproduction for diagnostic workflows.

Image quality & calibration
Each unit is individually calibrated at the factory to accurately render the sRGB color space. The monitor supports color accuracy verification using Delta E 2000 metrics and RadiCS monitor quality control software (sold separately) to maintain long-term color stability.

Display and uniformity
DCI 4K resolution with an 8-megapixel panel offers an expanded viewing area for whole slide images. Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) corrects brightness and chromaticity variations across the screen to ensure uniform image appearance at all gradation levels.

Automated quality control
Integrated Front Sensor (IFS) in the bezel enables scheduled, automatic color checks and calibration without an external sensor, allowing routine quality control to run outside clinical hours and without interrupting workflows.

Connectivity and power
USB Type-C supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery up to 94 W to charge mobile workstations. The monitor includes a built-in LAN port and USB hub functionality (USB-A and USB-C downstream ports) and supports daisy chaining for multi-monitor setups.

Compliance and reliability
Cleared by the FDA as a Digital Pathology Display (510(k)) and compliant with IVDR Class A requirements for pathology diagnostic applications. LED backlight design provides stable luminance; recommended calibration brightness is 370 cd/m² with typical luminance up to 550 cd/m². EIZO offers a 5-year limited warranty.

Sustainability and packaging
Housing is made from approximately 70% recycled plastic. Packaging uses molded pulp and paper-wrapped cables to reduce environmental impact.
