CIP (Clean in Place) systems provide cleaning in the production line to eliminate pollutions occurring in process, and mainly provide solutions in food industry.
The CIP unit, which allows on-site pre/post-production line cleaning (sanitization), is suitable to use not only in the dairy, but also in soft/ carbonated drinks and ready-made food industries.
The main charactristics of all CIP models is to provide intra-system water & washing chemical circulation. These fully automatic systems have a conductivity meter to save chemicals.
Chemicals are recovered with chemical solution tanks, which are part of the system. CIP systems can be designed with different capacities and features according to the requirements. The capacity could be between 7,000 l/h to 50,000 l/h, through which more than one chemical type could be supported, and thermal sanitation or chemical disinfection options could be offered.
