Overview The rapid MAX N exceed PLUS is a nitrogen and protein analyzer based on the Dumas combustion method. Designed for continuous unattended 24/7 operation, it delivers nitrogen and protein results in approximately 5 minutes per sample. The system accepts a wide range of matrices and sample weights up to 5 g / 5 ml, and supports helium or argon as carrier gas to optimize cost per sample.
Highlights - Upright reusable steel crucibles handling liquids, semi-liquids and solids up to 5 g / 5 ml
- 90-position autosampler reloadable during analysis for sample prioritization
- Typical analysis time ~5 minutes with self-optimizing parameters by element content and weight
- Tool-free maintenance with slide-out furnace and clamp connections
Features - Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) with catalytic post-combustion for complete nitrogen recovery
