Product overview
AWL is an automatic laser welder designed for repairing small molds and for precision welding of small medical and industrial components. It features a motorized three-axis (X-Y-Z) table controllable by joystick or CNC programs, an open welding chamber for odd-shaped or long parts, an integrated webcam displayed on the 7" LCD and an optional rotary axis for tubular welding. Wi‑Fi, USB and HDMI connectivity are available; CNC/G‑CODE programmable option with teach mode is offered for automatic weld paths.

Detailed description
AWL is a floor-standing Nd:Ce:YAG laser welder (1064 nm) suited to micro-welding tasks such as component assembly, medical devices, guidewires, battery tabs, thermocouples and small mold repair. The motorized XYZ table provides precision positioning (joystick control or CNC), and the open chamber eases handling of large or long workpieces. The 7" LCD shows the integrated webcam view; Wi‑Fi enables remote parameter setting. The CNC/G‑CODE version supports programming and automatic execution of welding paths for high repeatability. Inert gas delivery ensures oxidation-free welds and smooth beads.
