Dusting hood ICH

The ICH ionizing dusting hood is a non-contact cleaning system suitable for surface cleaning. The system consists of a stainless steel structure (hood) enclosing a row of rotating nozzles, 2 antistatic bars, and 2 suction slots positioned at the sides. The operating principle is as follows: the material to be dusted passes under the hood. Coarser dust is sucked in by the first slot, and ionization from the first bar eliminates charges from the material. Then, thanks to the compressed air emitted by the rotating nozzles which agitate the air with a hammer effect, all impurities are lifted from the material and then sucked in by the second slot. Finally, the ionizing effect of the second bar prevents the material from re-attracting dust. The final result is a perfectly clean material, free of electrostatic charges.
