The Dustkair is an essential portable tool for protecting workers’ health from fine particulate matter on construction sites. These particles, often smaller than 2.5 micrometers, can deeply penetrate the respiratory system, posing significant health risks.
Developed in partnership with UBY, the Dustkair employs spectrophotometry and a patented algorithm for precise detection of fine particles, including the alveolar fraction (<5 micrometers) such as crystalline silica, and the thoracic fraction (5-10 micrometers). It ensures real-time measurement and continuous monitoring, complying with exposure limits of 0.9 mg/m³ for alveolar dust and 0.1 mg/m³ for crystalline silica dust.
Compact and portable, the Dustkair features a sampling module positioned near the respiratory tract and a wearable communication unit with up to 10 hours of battery life. The EllonaSoft platform provides real-time data analysis, automatic reporting, and instant alerts.
