These fully automated washing machines with closed systems are designed to wash and dry parts that are loaded into rotating baskets. Different sized washing machines can be designed and manufactured according to the dimensions of the materials to be washed. Areas of Use: It is used for cleaning greasy materials that need to be cleaned after machining and parts that need chemical cleaning before painting. Loading Stage: The materials to be washed arranged on the basket or hanger are loaded into the washing cabin by means of carriage. In the 1st stage, the pump connected to tank contains degreasing chemical works and sprays the chemical to the material to be washed by nozzles. Washing time can be set on the control panel. In the 2nd stage, the materials washed with degreasing chemicals are subjected to the rinsing process. The pump connected to the rinsing tank runs and sprays clean water by nozzles onto the parts. During both processes, water and chemical transfer from tank to tank is prevented by means of a flap, and there are a waiting time between processes. In the 3rd stage, the drying system is activated and hot air is pressed on the materials and the materials are allowed to dry. There are PLC and operator electrical panel which provides control of the washing machine. The process time for each stage is recorded and stored for different materials. It allows the machine to work more efficiently with an ability to identify different materials and work in accordance with recorded data.
