Coating line E-Coat

It is one of the most advanced painting methods developed for coating metal materials, usually it is used as a primer, subsequently, powder paint or wet paint is applied. Before cataphoresis, pretreatment should be made properly. Therefore, the pretreatment line comprising degreasing and zinc-phosphate tanks is required before the cataphoresis application. These pretreatment lines can be with a conveyor or dipping robot. Advantages of cataphoresis coating due to its waterborne based structure are generating no harm to the environment, no fire hazard, being cost-efficient and on the sensitive parts it allows to have an equal thickness of all surfaces.
