Description

Emile Maurin lifting magnets Permanent lifting magnets, or magnetic grippers, are used to lift, handle and position parts made of ferromagnetic materials, whether flat or rounded. Operating without a power supply, these devices use a manually-activated permanent magnet connected to a lifting system. Lifting magnets - Operation and models : Emile Maurin lifting magnets offer precise, safe handling of metal loads. Their CMU (Maximum Working Load) is calculated according to their adhesion force and a high safety coefficient. - Lifting magnets model 18-145 & 18-146: equipped with a 180° pivoting and 360° rotating ring, making them easy to attach to a sling or lifting hook. - Lifting magnets model 18-148: designed for manual lifting, with an ergonomic aluminum handle that protects operators' hands from sharp metal parts. - Smooth or grooved base types Key benefits of Emile Maurin permanent magnets ✔️ Magnetic lifting without electricity ✔️ Suitable for flat and round materials ✔️ Load capacity from 50 kg to 1 ton ✔️ CMU secured with a coefficient of 3 ✔️ Compatible with temperatures from -30°C to +60°C Please note: Performance varies according to surface finish, thickness, composition and load orientation.
