Technical characteristics / specifications
Knurled shoulder screw (model 16-62) in technopolymer, fitted with a ball-threaded stud, available with or without pad. Series intended for manually tightened screws and nuts (Series 16).
Material
- Body: technopolymer based on polyamide (PA), glass-fibre reinforced, colour black (RAL 9005) or grey (RAL 7040).
- Pad: acetal-based technopolymer (POM), black or grey, matte finish, supplied unassembled.
Use
- Operating temperature: 0 °C to +60 °C.
- Dimensions identical to steel knurled shoulder screws (DIN 464) while being approximately 5× lighter.
- Good mechanical strength; resistant to corrosion and many chemical agents.
- Suitable for outdoor use.
