Remove the protective foil from the conductive tape and adhere it
to the contact area. For better adhesion the conductive tape
is thicker than the mask.
- Afterwards it can be proceeded
with painting and powder-coating. The mask prevents the
conductive tape from being coated.
Please consider the
following reference values for the conductive tape during the heat
treatment of the paint coat: max. 120° permanent heat; short-term up
to 230 °C possible; a respective specific test is necessary.
painting or powder-coating the mask can be removed easily
while the conductive tape is left securely in place.
