Description

Overview
Engineered for high-throughput scrap tyre processing and significant volume reduction. Compresses bulky tyres into dense, space-saving bales to reduce storage and transport costs. Designed for safe industrial operation and supplied with CE / ISO conformity where required. From feeding and compaction to bale discharge and hydraulic control, each stage is arranged for continuous tyre processing and maximised throughput under demanding conditions.

Key Features
  • High-clearance feeding opening accommodates passenger car tyres, truck tyres and OTR casings (up to 1200 mm).
  • Heavy-duty compression chamber built from wear-resistant high-strength steel for long service life.
  • Precision hydraulic ram providing high compaction efficiency and consistent stroke performance.
  • Safe and flexible bale discharge system with hydraulic safety-lock mechanism and front/side discharge options.
  • Robust hydraulic power unit (HPU) sized for continuous 24/7 operation with integrated temperature and pressure monitoring.
  • Stress-relieved monolithic frame structure to minimise structural fatigue during sustained use.

Performance & Application
Designed to compact car, truck and OTR tyres (up to 1200 mm) into dense bales. Typical throughput for the 100-tonne machine is around 1–1.2 tonnes per hour, producing uniform bales (approximately up to 1 tonne per bale in standard configurations). Achieves 70%–85% volume reduction depending on tyre mix and arrangement, enabling significant space savings and lower transport costs.

Design & Operation Highlights
  • High-clearance feeding opening enables direct loading without pre-cutting, reducing handling time and labour.
  • Anti-jam structural edges and guided transitions for steady material flow and reliable 24/7 operation.
  • Even force distribution across the compression chamber to reduce rebound and ensure uniform bale density.
  • Hydraulic safety-lock for controlled and secure door operation during the compression cycle.
  • Integrated monitoring of hydraulic temperature and pressure to protect against overload and reduce downtime.
