Space-saving due to compact design The compact design of our pick and place robots ensures space-saving integration into the injection moulding machine. Decisive for this are, for example, the innovative swivel arm or rotary arm kinematics as well as control cabinets integrated into the mechanics. Long service life The robust mechanics and torsionally stiff demoulding strokes guarantee a long service life and low maintenance for our pneumatic sprue pickers. The energy-saving drives of the servo-motor pickers enable efficient production with a fast return on investment. The direct integration of the robot control of the pneumatic sprue picker into the CC300 machine control enables central and uniform operation for the user. By means of Plug & Play, our servo pick and place robots can be easily integrated into the production cells. Pneumatic Sprue Picker The pic A pneumatic sprue picker operates in the tightest of spaces. Instead of a classic X-axis, it has a swivel arm. Fully folded, the swivel arm is flush with the housing, does not protrude into the mould installation space and thus speeds up the mould change. Its maximum manipulation weight at the end of the vertical axis is 1 kg.
