Description

EQU23 balancer: Balancer for integrated wire feeder

ENGMAR balancers allow the welding torch to be suspended, thereby improving its handling and reducing the risk of musculoskeletal disorders for welders. The balancer can be installed directly at the welding station or on the extraction unit, offering greater mobility and optimized workstation ergonomics.

Suspending the torch also frees up floor space, which helps extend the equipment’s lifespan and enhances workstation safety. Our balancers are available in various versions: mobile, fixed, or for integrated cable reels, to suit all configurations.

Benefits:
  • Reduction of torch weight
  • Time savings and improved productivity
  • Freedom of movement, reducing gripping effort, friction, and risk of cuts
  • Protection of torch cables
  • Clearing of floor space, contributing to workstation safety
