These guides from ENGRENAGES HPC have been specifically designed to control the movement of linear actuators.
General characteristics and dimensions
- Actuator Guide, UGH range:
Suitable for actuator diameters of 25, 32, 40 and 50mm
Operates on 4 smooth bronze bearings fitted with wiper seals
Floating actuator rod coupling on the front plate
Working temperature: +5 to +90°C- Maximum speed: 1 m/s s
Main body and front plate manufactured from anodised aluminium
- Coupling for threaded actuator tip, UGAC range:
Connects the threaded end of the actuator to the piece to be moved
Allows radial movement (E) of the actuator end. Zinc plated steel
- Connector for threaded actuator, UGET range:
Allows the threaded end of a short stroke actuator to be connected to a UGAC coupling
Blackened steel/zinc plated steel
- Guide shaft, UGCG range:
Allows the assembly of customised length actuator guides with 1, 2, 3 or 4 guide shafts
Can be used with either long or short linear ball bearings. Hardened ground steel XC55
- Short linear bearing (UGPC range) and long linear bearing (UGPL range):
Allows the assembly of customised length actuator guides with 1, 2, 3 or 4 guide shafts
With two linear ball bearings fitted with wipers seals. Body in anodised aluminium, linear bearings have a steel cage and nitrile seal
Maximum operating temperature +120°C max
Maximum speed 2m/s
Major feature
- Can support extended loads whilst protecting the actuator
