Optical sorter VitiSort

The Enoveneta optical grape sorter “VitiSort” is the ideal solution for the automatic sorting of destemmed wine grapes. It can be used with hand and machine harvested grapes. The VitiSort combines the best of two technologies to eliminate Material Other than Grapes (MOG). A specially designed vibratory shaker bed serves multiple purposes; it receives fruit from the discharge of the destemmer, spreads it into a single layer of berries, eliminates small pieces such as shot berries, insects, raisins, and small jacks.
