Deaerator

In the thermal deaerator, corrosive gases in the boiler feed water are separated by heating the feed water and passing it through special separation plates and bringing it up to standard values. Generally, such deaerators operate at temperatures between 95 – 102°C. But we design and manufacture our deaerator at 102°C . Especially in systems with economizers, they are necessary to ensure long-term healthy operation of the system and to prevent oxygen corrosion. Otherwise corrosion on elbow starts is short period. Another feature of deaerators is that the stress in the boiler is reduced as hot water is supplied to the boiler and economizer. Especially for Aerated Concrate industies we made special design ( Pressured deaerator ) to increase their efficiency PRODUCTION CAPACITY As Eralp, we serve our customers with pressurized and non-pressurized deaerators up to 200 m³/h capacity.
