Presentation
Eredi Caimi presents a system of galvanized steel pallet collars as an alternative to traditional wood and plastic solutions. The system preserves the modularity typical of pallet collars (convert a flat pallet into a container, stackable and foldable) while addressing structural issues through the use of galvanized steel.

Material and advantages
Galvanized steel provides the following advantages compared with traditional materials:

• Does not absorb moisture, does not deform and maintains stiffness over time (advantage over wood).
• Does not bend under load and is less affected by temperature variations; allows thinner sections than plastic to achieve the same stability.
• Solid structure suitable for intensive and repeated usage cycles, reducing replacements and operational downtime.

Operational functionality
The collars are modular and allow adjustment of packaging height by stacking multiple elements. The system is designed for both reusable internal use and shipment packaging, providing order, stability and improved protection compared with wood and plastic. The galvanized steel lid expands operational options:

• permits safe stacking;
• creates a smooth, continuous surface that is easy to clean when placed on the pallet.

Compatibility
The galvanized steel collars are compatible with any pallet of the same dimensions in wood, plastic or steel, enabling integration into existing flows without replacing the pallet pool or introducing dedicated bases.
