Presentation
The Adhesive Cardboard Foot by Eredi Caimi is a transport packaging component designed to replace traditional wooden pallets. Manufactured entirely from cardboard with a composite structure of pressed U‑profiles and integrated stabilizing cylinders, it is 100% recyclable and available in a self-adhesive version for fast, secure assembly.

Types and qualities

• Runner or sleigh: eases handling, transport and recycling of corrugated boxes; lightweight yet robust, suitable for heavy goods.
• Corner runner: combination of Bio-type corner protectors and feet, made from laminated U‑profiles with stabilizing cylinders; can replace wooden or plywood pallets and reduce packaging materials.
• FlatRunner or self-adhesive beams: placed under each product, box or display to substitute traditional pallets and minimize material use.

Applications
Adhesive feet integrate with existing palletizing and transport packaging methods. Their construction and materials provide excellent water resistance and outstanding load capacity, suitable for very heavy goods. Feet are produced to customer specifications to optimize cost and performance and can be paired with corrugated sheets, honeycomb panels, retail displays or applied directly under boxes or packs.

Proven performance
Independent static compression tests show that an 800×1200 mm pallet built with these feet can carry up to 10 tonnes without failure.

Customization
The Adhesive Foot can be customized with printed graphics according to company requirements.
