Optical separator Lux Sortika BF is intended for separation of minerals with sizes varying from 20 mm to 200 mm and detection efficiency up to 99%.
Fields of application: mining
- Alluvial and primary deposits of precious metals (gold-quartz, gold-sulfide, silver-gold ore types, etc.);
- Non-metallic ores (limestone, quartz, dolomite, talc, magnesite, marble, fluorite, wollastonite);
- Potassium ores (chloride salts, sylvinite ores)
Pre-enrichment
The near-infrared (NIR) method of ore enrichment is based on the analysis of spectra obtained after the interaction of near-infrared radiation with minerals. The sorting program that analyzes the NIR spectrum is customized depending on the characteristics and composition of the ore. Precise adjustment of the separation parameters allows to determine the composition of ores regardless of color, shade, and transparency of minerals with an accuracy of up to 99% and to perform separation with an efficiency of up to 95% with the production of coarse concentrate or final tailings (pre-enrichment).
Convenient and fast equipment setup
The control panel is a 17-inch high-definition touch screen, which is convenient for setting the separation mode. The developed software with intuitive user interface allows to customize the equipment in 3 clicks for individual ore characteristics and has 3 levels of access (worker, engineer, service technician). In addition to adjusting the basic operating parameters of the product, the settings of the separation parameters for each type of mineral.
