Overview
The ERO® glue controller is designed to manage and synchronize glue applicators and quality sensors on folding carton and corrugated packaging lines. It supports pneumatic (contact) and electromagnetic (non-contact) applicators, hot-melt guns and cold-glue valves, including mixed installations on the same machine.

iPad
The iPad interface replaces traditional control panels, enabling remote supervision and independent operation. The iPad is mounted on a movable arm and supplied with a dedicated charger.

The intuitive touchscreen simplifies pattern programming and setup adjustments.

Keyboard
The keyboard controller provides an alternative local control interface and monitors ERO® sensors for system status and diagnostics.

Compatibility and functions
Supports pneumatic (contact) and electromagnetic (non-contact) applicators, hot-melt and cold-glue systems; allows control of multiple applicators and combined systems on the same machine; integrates with cameras and ERO® quality sensors for process monitoring.
