Description

Overview
Compact industrial servo drives for DC motors: the unidirectional analog SDRC (single‑phase input) and the 4‑quadrant BLDC drive for DC and brushless servomotors. Typical power ranges: SDRC 0.22–1.7 kW; BLDC 0.4–1.3 kW. Outputs and supplies follow the values indicated below, intended for small to medium motor control in automation and OEM equipment.

SDRC — Key features
  • Single‑phase 230 Vac power supply
  • Available nominal currents: 5 A (9XSDRC05IG) or 8 A (9XSDRC10IG)
  • Armature feedback or tachogenerator option
  • Output voltage 170 Vdc (adjustable 145–210 Vdc)
  • Protection class IP00

BLDC — Key features
  • Supply range 31–132 Vdc
  • Selectable operation for brushless motors or DC motors
  • Analog speed and torque commands (±10 V inputs)
  • Feedback: encoder, tachogenerator or armature
  • PWM 20 kHz; 4‑quadrant torque and speed control

SDRC — Technical specifications
  • Power supply: 230 Vac ±10%
  • Output voltage: 170 Vdc (adjustable 145–210 Vdc)
  • Regulation ratio: 1:30 (tachogenerator) / 1:10 (armature)
  • Speed error: ±3% (with tachogenerator) / ±5% (armature)
  • Nominal current: 5 A (9XSDRC05IG) / 8 A (9XSDRC10IG); Peak current: 6.5 A / 10 A
  • Fast fuses: 6.3 A (5×20 mm) / 16 A (6.3×32 mm)
  • Potentiometer: 2.5 kΩ 1 W; Compensation: 0–4 Ω; Ramps: 0–4 s
  • Operating temperature: 0–45 °C; Storage: -20–+70 °C

BLDC — Technical specifications
  • Supply voltage: 31–132 Vdc; Maximum output ≈ supply × 0.9
  • PWM frequency: 20 kHz
  • Operating temperature: 0–45 °C; Storage: -10–+70 °C
  • Analog inputs (±VEL): ±10 Vdc max, 20 kΩ each
  • Current monitor (CURR): ±8 Vdc = peak current; Speed monitor (TP1): ±8 Vdc = maximum speed
  • Aux outputs: +5 Vdc (max 130 mA); Auxiliary ±9.8 Vdc (max 4 mA)
  • Maximum encoder frequency: 300 kHz; FAULT output: NPN max 50 mA; ENABLE (START): +9…+30 Vdc
  • Bandwidth: current stage 2 kHz; speed loop 150 Hz
  • Minimum armature inductance: 400 µH; Weight: 0.35 kg; Altitude: up to 1000 m without restriction (derating 1.5% from 1000–2000 m); Pollution degree: 2

Applications
Intended for compact, reliable control of small to medium DC and brushless servomotors in industrial automation: conveyors, packaging machines, machine tools, positioning systems and other OEM equipment where space and predictable motor control are required.

Ordering codes & variants
  • SDRC variants: 9XSDRC05IG (5 A nominal) and 9XSDRC10IG (8 A nominal)
  • BLDC family: 4‑quadrant drives for servomotors 0.4–1.3 kW, supply 31–132 Vdc
