Description

The Gantry, thanks to its versatility in the various production fields, is suitable for multiple application sectors, such as automotive, aeronautical and nautical. The multiple processing are carried out by the 5-axis machining unit served by two rotating tool magazines applied to the head carriage. WORKING UNIT 3 or 5-axis milling head in continuous interpolation withliquidcooling. TOOL MAGAZINES Additional tool magazines can be installed on the sides of the gantry structure to position large tools, according to customer's needs. WORKING TABLE The working table can be single or double and equipped with pallets, if required, to allow easier loading of the elements to be processed. The working table can be set up in différent ways according to the processing to be carried out: Rexilon working tables can be fitted; or working tables equipped with crossbars with pneumatic modules with automatic movement and automatic positioning by means of a system managed by the NC.
