This product is used as a raw material in production of aluminium section with extrusion technology.We produce ingot in various alloys, sizes and lengths upon customer request. Billet is produced in qualities of 1XXX, 2XXX,3XXX, 5XXX 6XXX, 7XXX and 8XXX.Weights of billets are available in the chart of Package Weights by Diameter.Also, hydrogen analysis on billet is possible by means of Alscan device.Ultrasonic flaw detection for billets is also available. The products are produced in short and long sizes by customer demand, packed by using pallets, and exported through Antalya Port and offered to the domestic market at Seydişehir Plant. SLAB Slab is used as raw material in hot roll and plate production at our plant. Available in various sizes (1100*350*../1300*350*../ 1600*350*..) and (1100*450*../1300*450*../ 1600*450*..) Wagstaff slab molds are available and some of the unalloyed aluminium or process alloys are produced. This material is produced in conformity with the alloy limits shown in the chart of Process Alloy Chemical Composition Limits. NOTE: Our products are produced in compliance with the directives TS EN 573-3 (Chemical Composition Limits) and TS EN-486 ( Tolerance )
