ETI industrial plug-in equipment has been made in accordance with CEE standards. Its unique construction makes the equipment non-interchangeable. The device is suitable for voltages between 230 and 400 V. Its protective contact is always in a 6 o'clock position. When compared to the phase contacts, the protective contact is thicker. This eliminates the possibility of phase changing, and subsequently of a wrong connection. There is no protective contact with the 24 V voltage equipment, which is violet in color. The color of 230 V equipment is blue and of 400 V is red. Equipment dimensions vary as per individual rated currents. In equipment for single-phase 24 V electric-current consumers, the number of poles is 2 P. In equipment for single-phase 230 V electric-current consumers, poles are 2 P +. And in equipment for symmetric three-phase electric-current consumers such as motors, number of poles is 3 P +.
