Sleeve for interchangeable tool assembly which can easily be switched between different tools. The tool is fastened to the sleeve by bolts through the collar. Several tools can be mounted simultaneously on the same sleeve. Pressurizing is carried out with a high pressure grease pump. This allows the use of longer sleeves. Interchangeable assembly: A tool with a hole tolerance of H7 gives an easy slip fit on sleeves meant for interchangeable tool assembly. When pressurized the sleeve expands against the spindle, thus eliminating any play between the tool and spindle. Tolerances: ETP HYDRO-GRIP is intended for machine spindle tolerance g6 and tool tolerance H7. Benefits & Features Several tools can be mounted on the same sleeve. Reduces set up time.
