PU head scraper The primary polyurethane scraper is on the face of the head pulley, just below the discharge trajectory of the material. The scraper has a spring tension adjuster. When the scraper is worn out or the conveyor belt is bouncing the blade follows and compensates automatically to ensure that the scraper surface maintains a consistent blade-to-belt pressure with the conveyor belt and achieves an effective cleaning result. It has the optimal removal of coarse material and can be used with a mechanical connector.
