Compliant with the highest levels of safety standards, the EURODOCK EDRL type leveler has a fully automatic operation. Operation Features A simple pressure on the single push button control will lift the platform and project the lip. Simply releasing the button allows the EURODOCK ramp to gently descent into position on the truck platform. Loading can safely begin. Construction Features The 6/8 mm thick raised tear plate is reinforced with lengthways profiles, allowing the safe load capacity of 6000 kg dynamic as standard (other capacity available on request). The possible rolling motion of the truck is absorbed by the natural flexibility of the platform (up to 100 mm). The hinged lip is made of 13/15 mm tear plate with a bevelled end for a tight fit to the truck platform. An electro-hydraulic unit controls the operation. A single-acting button governs both the lifting of the platform and the titling of the lip.
