Front-end product transfers are a challenge that often requires the use of transition modules - eg. passive roller transitions. To defuse this potential pulling in point (e.g. clothing, lims, etc.) and to further increase occupational safety at the conveyor system - euroflex offers a safety transition module with the following properties: • Transition module jumps out during a pulling in situation and thereby reducing the possibility of injury • Monitoring if the transition by a safety switch - shutdown of the conveyor system in the event of contact loss • Easy reinsertion of the jumped out transition module before resetting the conveyor system The transfer module is suitable for use with a plain chain / modular belt as well as in combination with attachments (accumulative rollers, adhesive pads, etc.).
