In addition to the particular characteristics of fibreglass gratings, EUROGRATE® manufactures gratings with special formulations making them suitable for applications where electrical conduction is required and there could be a risk of deflagration. EUROGRATE® antistatic, conductive, ATEX and dissipative gratings share the corrosion resistance, lightweight and safety properties guaranteed by all EUROGRATE® products and can also be used where there is a requirement for flooring to be earthed for possible electrical discharges and in ATEX zones. Two versions are available: Conductive dissipative gratings: in addition to electrical conductivity, this product has a special formulation that does not generate sparks. These gratings can therefore also be used in ATEX zones. The ATEX gratings are only supplied in black. Conductive gratings: with a similar conductivity to metal gratings these gratings are now available in different colours. The product can be supplied with a concave surface or with corundum grit to ensure a durable slip-resistant surface.
