OverviewUniversal and flexible depalletiser system for mid- to high-range throughput with low container discharge for destacking various containers such as glass jars, cans, drums, and glass, plastic and cardboard bottles. Manual or fully automatic input and output of full and empty pallets.
Functional descriptionThe pallet to be destacked is placed manually on the depalletising station. If fitted, the automatic intermediate layer unit removes the top layer and stores it in a dedicated magazine. A push-off carriage then traverses the pallet, pushing the container layer onto the discharge table which feeds containers to the separation conveyor. After unloading, the unit is ready for the next pallet.
