Waste treatment plant

Plants are composed as follows: An hopper with two compartments for mud storage, dosage through volumetric belts managed by inverter; 150 m3/h continuous mixer; Cement weighing system; Lime weighing system; Electromechanical liter counter for water dosage; Automated management system with Touch Screen and PLC interface. In optional the control cabin can be equipped with remote controls. On request, the plant can be equipped with hydraulic system for the truck unloading avoiding the usage of the crane. Furthermore it is provided with radio control for start/stop of the cycle.
