Description

EUSKRON offers the best selection of inserts for machining different materials, including a wide range of standard inserts in carbide and ceramics which cover most of the day to day machining operations. This serviced is completed by the design of special inserts. EUSKRON offers a wide variety of inserts qualities or grades which can be used in mold, dies and prototypes. This big variety is due to the constant evolution in this area, where every certain time existing qualities are upgraded, thus creating inserts with higher durability and for use with improved cutting conditions. The most popular grades currently used are the following:: -GO10: With PVD coating and high wear resistance, for steels. Also suitable for hardened steels. -GO25: PVD coated for general usage of copy milling in steel. Recommended for medium feed and medium to high cutting speed. -GO40: Very tough grade with good wear resistance. Good for milling of difficult alloys and alloyed iron. It can also be used for the machining of steels with a tensile strength of 900N/mm2 and, occasionally, for the milling of heat treated materials. -GB15: New PVD coated grade of micrograin substrate without cubic carbides and with low Cobalt content. This quality is recommended for chips of small or medium size and constant cutting conditions. It further offers high resistance against oxidation. -GB30: New PVD coated grade of micrograin substrate without cubic carbides and with low Cobalt content. Recommended for less favourable cutting conditions.
