Overview
Immersion ultrasonic washing systems of the AgiClean family are designed for controlled cleaning of parts coming from mass production or maintenance lines. They perform both spray and immersion ultrasonic flood washing with a rotating basket system that can operate at various angles, and include front loading for batch processing.

Operating principle
Parts are placed in a basket which is lowered into the ultrasonic tank while a pneumatic agitating platform oscillates to expose all surfaces. The system can combine spray, ultrasonic wash, ultrasonic rinse and hot-air drying in one chamber, with process recipes programmable via the HMI.
