The EVLASER system specially developed for safe laser cleaning of ceramic anilox printing rollers. The versatility of the system allows you to quickly and accurately clean any type of Anilox, allowing for incomparable print performance compared to other cleaning methods. The laser power control system and the optics designed for the process allow the roller to be kept intact for a long time, extending the life of the Anilox and leading to long-term savings. The control console allows the operator to interact with the machine in an easy and ergonomic way. The Mantis system is available in several dimensions depending on the characteristics of the rollers to be cleaned. 1. SOURCES The sources that can be integrated in MANTIS are latest generation MOPA lasers with pulse characteristics such as to clean accurately without causing damage to the Anilox. 2. SUSTAINABILITY The long-term savings are due to the lengthening of the life of the Anilox and the absence of consumables related to the cleaning process (with the addition of savings relating to the management and disposal costs of chemical solvents).
