Description

The BlackFLEX monochrome ribbon is dedicated to applications requiring a perfect printing quality and excellent mechanical resistances on card materials such as ABS, PET, PC, rough PVC or Paper. The special ink formulation allows printing all type of barcodes, very small text and logos with an intense blacknesson special surfaces such as cards in ABS, PET, PC, rough PVC, paper, etc. This special ink offers a very good scratchand heat resistance.Thanks to the ribbon saver feature, available with continuous ribbons, you significantly increase the number ofcards to be printed with one single ribbon. Indeed, the surface used on the ribbon corresponds to the real printedsurface plus a 7 mm (0.27’’) jump and not the surface of a whole card.Tested and validated by Evolis R&D and Quality departments, these consumables bring you printing quality andreliability. • Thermal transfer technology • Ribbon in PET with thin layer of of a specially formulated ink • Compatible with ABS, PET, PC, rough PVC and Paper cards. These ribbons shall be capable of functioning for up to 1 year after purchase if stored in a cool, dry environmentand having remained unopened from the original packaging. Temperature of storage must be between 5-25°C(41 - 77°F) and at RH between 50-70%. Once opened these ribbons shall have a lifetime of 3 months if stored undercool, dry conditions. For all these ribbons, avoid dust, direct sunlight, high humidity and high temperatures. Do notplace near solvent or other chemicals.
