The iANT227 is part of Extronics’ iANT2xx range of standard antennas and is a direct mount wide-band omnidirectional antenna designed for use in the most extreme environment. Features 698MHz – 4200MHz wide band Applicable for 4G, 5G, CBRS and other legacy cellular bands Highly rugged antenna with UV stable radome enclosure Suitable for use in Class I Division 1 -40°C to +70°C temperature operating range The iANT227 has been assessed by Extronics engineers as meeting the international intrinsic safety standards for simple apparatus. This means it is safe to use in hazardous areas when connected to a suitable certified wireless device with an intrinsically safe RF output, such as the iWAP107 or other solutions using the iSOLATE501. The iANT227 antenna cannot be used in the hazardous area when connected to an RF source that is not intrinsically safe. Direct Mounting The iANT227 antenna can be easily mounted directly onto a female N-Type and male N-Type chassis connector. The iANT227 can also be remote mounted on a pole when separation from the AP (Access Points) is required for optimum positioning. Indoor and outdoor use The iANT227 can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is made from UV resistant polycarbonate suitable to withstand outdoor weather conditions. Rated to IP55 and with a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C.
