“FILTER BOX” SMALL SS316 containers are mass-produced with AISI 316 bowl and head and are closed by a CLAMP system. “FILTER BOX” SMALL OT58 containers are mass-produced with AISI 304 bowl and nickel-plated OT 58 head and are closed by a ring nut. Both “FILTER BOX” SMALL containers may be supplied, with gauge connections on the head and air outlet on request, and are mass- produced with a 1/4” connection for water drainage. MINI-MIDI-MAXI-SUPERMAXI “FILTER BOX” containers, mass-produced in AISI 304 and, on request, in AISI 316, can hold respectively 10”- 20”- 30”- 40” D.O.E. cartridges. Models 168 - 250 - 292 - 350 - 508 - 600 - 700 - 800 - 1100 can hold respectively 3, 7, 12, 18, 36, 47, 62, 90, 144 D.O.E. cartridges. Our “FILTER BOX” models MINI-MIDI-MAXI-SUPERMAXI, suited for holding filtering cartridges with O-ring 222 connections, are available upon request. MINI-MIDI-MAXI and SUPERMAXI “FILTER BOX” containers consist of two shells with pressed convex bottoms in stainless steel plating, joined up by two welded flanges, with an elastomer toroidal gasket between them. Flanges can be tightened either by a suitable CLAMP device or by a series of CLAMP devices in stainless steel. Inside the lower shell there is a welded stainless steel baffle plate for supporting and packaging the cartridges. MIDI, MAXI, SUPERMAXI models are always supplied with appropriate stainless steel supports for centering cartridges internally. Containers are provided with No 3 - 4 supporting feet, inlet and outlet couplings or flanges, vent couplings, inlet and outlet gauges and drainage coupling.
