All over the world Faber’s cylinders are well known for their light-weight (efficiency) and comprehensive range of safety and standards approvals. In the sector of the medical gases Faber through its steel 200 bar and composite 300 bar oxygen cylinders is since ever an important ally for hospitals and people in need of medical care. Thanks to the unique production process Faber is able to supply oxygen cylinders Type 2 at 300 bar lighter than Type 1 at 200 bar and with 50% more content of gas. The below table compares the characteristics of the 200 bar currently available with the Faber’s type 2 at 300 bar. CAPABILITY TO COMPLY All major gas companies appreciate Faber’s capability to comply with stringent specific requirements for accuracy in the dimensions of the cylinders and in their internal and external finishing. Faber can supply its cylinders in a wide range of neck threads, multicolour paint finishes, silk-screen printings and mounted accessories.
