The production process for chenille - fancy yarns entails specific production requirements. Fadis, which is always tuned to the requirements of each single production process, and which wants the users of its machines to always work in the best possible way, has developed SINCRO C PREMIUM, a soft winding - rewinding machine for chenille - fancy yarns that combines production and quality requirements, guaranteeing a high performance with speeds up to 1.400 m/min (mechanical speed up to 1.900 m/min). The machine was designed by paying particular attention to yarn path and their angulation as well as work ergonomics, both important characteristics in order to guarantee two fundamental aspects: - Perfect yarn sliding and easiness of operation, also in consideration of the fact that manual interventions are many in this type of process, especially when feeding from spinning cops. - Perfect yarn stabilization so as to guarantee the best possible performance of the electronic slub-catcher for quality control. Moreover, all the mechanical moving parts have been protected in order to avoid that the dust produced by the sliding of the chenille yarn may compromise proper operation.
