High performance and reliability Syncro is a transfer curve calculation software developed internally by Fagor Arrasate that offers significant advantages with regard to the design and setup of the transfer system and all its components. Syncro optimises the press and automation trajectories so that the movements may subsequently be viewed in a 3D application (such as Siemens PLS, Delmia, etc.) and checked for interference. This system allows: Checking of the process. Checking and optimisation of the design of the dies. Checking and optimisation of the design of the fastening components. Optimisation of the curves via collision checking and generation of offline programming. Optimisation of curve overlap by increasing the cadence.
