Description

Vacuum stackers are commonly used with non-magnetic materials such as aluminium or austenitic stainless steel, and can also be used for magnetic materials due to their high lifting capacity. The FAGOR ARRASATE high efficiency vacuum stacker offers energy savings of up to 85% (130Kw/h vs. 15-20kw/h) compared to conventional ones. This is thanks to its design and its vacuum system. The latter avoids the use of large and noisy vacuum pumps, thus reducing maintenance operations on it and avoiding unnecessary vacuum losses during the part transport process. FAGOR ARRASATE’s vacuum belt stackers achieve maximum stacking quality. Our stackers are particularly suitable for external parts for the automotive or aerospace industry, as well as for thin and medium thicknesses and high cadences, and in certain processes they can even process coated formats (PVC). The most important advantages of the FAGOR ARRASATE vacuum stackers are High productivity in any stacking mode. The versatility to be able to work with different materials Variable stop type configuration. Start-Stop concept stacker (FAGOR ARRASATE) vs. continuous stacker. Low energy consumption (economic savings). Less noise, which reduces occupational risks and improves working conditions (less noise pollution around the facility). Less maintenance increases the availability of the equipment and saves money. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Start-Stop mode: Its usual working process is in Start-Stop mode and it can reach stacking rates of up to 100 pieces per minute, allowing continuous work as well. High stacking cadences and no shocks: Depending on the type of installation and process,
