Description

Product overview
Compact, high-efficiency filtration unit designed for abatement of oil vapors, oil mist and dust in industrial processes. Configurable with up to 5 filtration stages. Condensed oil and larger particles are collected in a hopper and evacuated through a discharge outlet for recovery.

Main features
  • Compact footprint for installation in confined spaces
  • High filtration efficiency
  • Configurable up to 5 filtration stages
  • Supports compliance with strict emission limits
  • Condensed oil recovery for possible reuse

Filtration stages and operation
The aspirated oily vapors and contaminated air enter a gravitational pre-decantation section that provides primary separation by speed change. After the heavier fraction is removed, the airflow passes through metal multi-stage coalescing pre-filters, then through high-efficiency floppy (flexible) pocket filters specifically designed and tested for oil mist capture. Final filtration is provided by rigid pocket filters in class F9 or H13. Collected oily contaminants drain into a hopper and are evacuated via a discharge valve positioned above the filter for safe recovery.
