The Air-Oil Lubri-cooler LTS.02 unit, is a pneumatic device designed to lubricate and cool the tool and workpiece on Milling machines, Drill presses, and all vertical spindle Machine tools requiring frequent tool changes.

- The device was specifically designed for frequent and close-up use by the operator. This is made possible by the unique design of the Venturi system inside the control unit, as well as the small dispensing nozzle with a diameter of just 4 mm. This combination allows for fluid dispensing with limited atomization, especially when using Water-in-oil emulsions.

- The advanced Control unit features a special horizontal Articulated joint, selectable between 0+15° and 0-15°, or a full 30° swivel. This feature allows for immediate engagement-disengagement of the Flex-tube with respect to the work area, thus immediately restoring it to the set working position. The same applies to the axial adjustment of the console, based on an effective friction system, which contributes to immediate repositioning with each tool change and consequent adjustment of the working height.

- All OilJet products are optimized for use with popular Water-in-oil emulsions, as well as specific Neat lubricating oils.

- The LTS.02 is a professional product, offered in a single full-optional version with 300 mm and 390 mm Flex-tube lengths.

- The fluid is sucked from the reservoir, mixed with compressed air inside the Control unit, and conveyed to the dispensing nozzle via the Flex-tube.
