The Air-Oil Lubri-cooler LSG.01 unit, is a pneumatically operated device, designed for the purpose of lubricating and cooling the tool and workpiece on: Band saws, Disc saws, and other Machine tools. Machines whose characteristics require the supply of the lubricant-coolant fluid at well-defined points. This happens thanks to the special cylindrical nozzle, with a diameter of only 4 mm, designed to be inserted through a special hole if necessary. The device adopts the principle of Minimal Lubrication, also known as MQL. In fact, it carries out its function by supplying compressed air and minimal (to the point of imperceptible) quantities of lubricating fluid. All OilJet products are optimized for the use of popular Water-in-Oil emulsions, as well as specific neat lubricating Oils. The images represent some installation examples: LSG.01B01 item on a band saw – LSG.01B02 item on a disc saw for light alloys The fluid is sucked from the reservoir, mixed with the compressed air inside the Control unit and conveyed to the delivery point through the Dispensing tube, whose flexibility allows free movement of the part to which it is fixed. The LSG.01 model is produced in two versions (type A-B), differing in the standard equipment and configuration of the Control unit. Both versions are available with single and double nozzle tube. The wide versatility of the LSG.01 series is enriched by several optional accessories which further increase its fields of use.
