This is the AdvancedLine pivoting pallet filling equipment that is the centerpiece of the filling line with large conveyor system and further peripheral equipment. The filling equipment has a wide range of product file and gives all main functions that are expected in gravimetric fillers. A considerable amount of well proven equipment from the Feige modular system are used in this model such as the pressure-relieved filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector. Additionally, a large number of different and essential accessories are available like controlled drip collecting device, overflow signal or gas exhaust, even directly at the filling orifice. A continuously adjustable base height adjustment is recommended in such cases. A manual offset screw driver as well as sealing unit with spring balancer are made available for the purpose of opening and closing the containers .
