The liquid entry directly to the tank (1 ) and flows through (2) the powerful magnetic pôles being retained the magnetic particles that gone with the drum in their turn to the scraper (3).
This scraper présents an ascending angle respect to the horizontal and by this reason particles will be retained during a long time in the scraper. Particles leave drum surface by means of the accumulation in (4) and latter will be evacuated. During the process particles be decanted and dried itself.
The cleaned liquid owerflow through (6) being evacuated through any latéral side of the filter.
The magnetic roller (5) normally don't turn, and the magnetic particles retained by the pôles makes a magnetic bloom. This magnetic bloom retains magnetically the smallest magnetic particles that may be in the cooling liquid. This magnetic bloom and by means of the mechanical filtration, retains the most part of the non magnetic particles that may be contained in the cooling liquid too. The grases, sium, etc. will be concentrated in the surface (8) and by adhérence will be evacuated with the magnetic bloom.
Lever at (8) increase slowly when the bloom it's thich and when particles of bloom reach the sounder (7) the roller turns 5 degrees.
The filters are delivered with a control electrical equipment supplied in a métal IP-54 cabinet.
